It takes two weeks for implantation, so you're not going to get a positive yet. It's usually a good rule of thumb to not even bother taking a test until 18 days of higher temperatures.
What does AF mean to you? After fertile? Not sure what you're meaning is. Cervical mucous can last anywhere from 1 day to 5 days, so don't think that you only get CM on your fertile day. Your CM is usually HEAVIEST on your peak ovulatory day, but it doesn't just disappear after your ovulate. It takes at least 3 days, usually.
