You may be out of luck. The only solution I have is to try hairspray, but that is usually on fresh pen. Good luck!
So, somehow a blue ink pen got in the dryer. It exploded and there's ink on a bunch of light color clothing. Any advice on getting it out or am I out of luck? TIA!

try straight rubbing alcohol, it works on non pourus surfaces, so it might work on fabric, you wil need to rewash and becareful of flames
mr clean magic srubber will get the blueis color off the dryer walls and won't scratch the laminate. As for the clothes, try oxyclean detergent, it's awesome. Good luck!
A.,
Hairspray works good on ink or one of those spot removers or if you don't have either one of those, then just put your liquid detergent directly on the spots and let them soak for awhile. Hope that helps.

hairspray...and lots of it. Works great. You'll have to re-wash your clothes but it will get the ink out. Gook luck!!
Sorry A. you are out of luck...i have ruined so many things with pens in the laundry due to my husband leaving them in his pants and i don't inspect everything i put in the laundry. I got pen on the dryer barrel itself i tried everything to get it off (even magic eraser) nothing works.
soak them in cold milk
oxyclean... i use it in everyload and my kids clothes are in great condition. i love the stuff! worth a try.
