So my dog peed on my comforter. It says dry clean only (it is cotton face with polyester backing and filling). So i took it to get dry cleaned, spent alot of money, and the pee stain is still there. Is there any way to get it out? Is it too late? It is on a white section of the comforter. There is a black section and two gray sections as well and some burgandy flowers. It is the Olivia comforter set from Macy's if it would help anyone to see it.

Try taking it back to the dry cleaner first - even if they don't guarantee a complete cleaning, they still should have let you know in advance that the stain couldn't be completely removed.
Oxy-Clean (I believe) has a pet stain remover (I've actually had to use it on my daughter's bed!). Good luck - comforters are so expensive to replace!

If its safe (check with the company first) soak it is oxyclean - Wash and then hang it out in the sin to dry. The sun usaully bleaches out stains. It works for my cloth diapers!
I would be upset if I spent a lot of money to get it cleaned and the stain was still there. Did they guarantee they could get it out? Did you let them know what kind of stain it was? Some stains are hard to get out. I would take the comforter to a laundry mat with a big washer. I would wash in in the washing machine there because it is oversized for a regular washer. I would try some oxyclean and see if that helps get it out. May be wash it on the gentle cycle. Once it is washed,look to see if the stain came out then dry it.
I agree, talk to the dry cleaner about it. You could try a pain stain remover, like nature's miracle too. Just make sure to test a small area first to make sure it won't damage the fabric.
