Has anyone had a paragard iud and has been late on their period.? i had mine put in a couple months ago (right after my 2nd child turned a year old) and im now 13 days late on my period. one neg. pregnancy test and one invalid one.
Since you are already 2 weeks late, I would suggest going to your doctor to get an accurate pregnancy test (blood test).

Some women do not have perioods with an IUD, you could just be a lucky one. Just talk to doc before freaking out.
No, since I have had mine which has been 10 months my period has been about a week earlier than when I did not have it in. You may want to contact your doctor.
Yep, mine was 2 weeks late. 2 months this happened but not consecutively. I took pregnancy tests as well. I know the first six months of having it, your body is trying to adjust and you might have wacky periods. For instance, I had those 2 late periods and I also had 2 months of period coming every other week and spotting in between. I had mine put in December 09. I have been "normal" now for a couple months.
