Yes the Cruisers gave my daughter a bad rash and they also leaked. I switched to the Pampers Baby Dry and have not had any issues. They are fantastic and no blowouts either.
I have been using pampers on both of my children for about a year and all of a sudden I am having problems with leaks. I noticed that cruisers no longer have the mesh liner in them when I opened this most recent box and now both of my kids have started getting rashes. Has anyone else been ahving problems recently with pampers cruisers leaking and causing rashes?

Oh no! Pampers is the only brand my kids didn't break out in a rash with and I loved that they never leaked. Now I'm about to have another baby and I requested only Pampers for my shower. =) I hope they aren't slipping! I'll have to go to cloth diapers if they are...
It maybe that you need to change them more often and change brands
Pampers and Huggies are made differently
Pampers are taller huggies are wider you may need to chang to the wider diaper. I always had to switch back and forth, cause one month they'd grow up they'd grow out. and a leaking diaper was always the first clue.
Yep. Our daughter was allergic to Pampers too. We switched to Huggies for awhile but had too many leaks.
We use LUVS and haven't had any problems! Been using them for years now!
my kids have rash with pampers the only diaper they dont have a leak or rash is huggies ,i like huggies snug and dry
The pampers baby dry still have the mesh liner and have worked great for both my kids, boy and girl. You also get more in a box for the same price. Try switching to the baby dry brand. They "cruise" just fine in them and no rashes.
I switched to Swaddlers, I think they are better than Cruisers.
Target brand is not bad either...
Pampers has made some changes to their diapers. I am still not clear on what all the changes are even after they responded to my email inquiry. They stated that they sometimes change the product without changing the packaging.
I have been using the Cruisers Ultra Absorbancy found at BJ's only. They went from the mesh liner with the soft white insert, to a green liner that looks like the baby dry liner. At the same time I purchased a box of regular Cruisers just to try them out. These still had the mesh with the white insert. Pampers told me the new cruisers will now have a purple insert without the mesh, with less paper, and more gel particles. I am not having any problems with leaking or rashes, but I am very disappointed by the changes.
You may wish to email them about your experiences. At the very least, they will send you some coupons.
I didn't like the Cruisers-loved the Swaddlers so I thought the Cruisers would be just as good but they weren't for me. I switched to Huggies and had no issues with them.
