I took my 10 month old to Claire's when she was 60 months old and they did a great job. It includes a antiseptic that you put on 2 times a day (I think).
I am looking for recommendations for a place to take my 10 month old baby to get her ears pierced. I would like a place that is good with babies and uses good sterilization to clean their euipment. Maybe a place that uses topical anesthetic like EMLA cream or even a physicians office. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you considered doing it yourself? I bought a little one-time-use kit from SimplyWhispers.com and did my daughter's ears. It was really easy and I was able to do it at home, while she was entertained, you can use a little ice or EMLA if you have it on hand, and arrange the timing however you want. For me, there was quite awhile between ear one and two- maybe ~8 minutes? But I was as patient as she needed me to be to wait until she was ready for number two. With a 10 month old, you might just do them both super-fast in a row and then nurse her to calm her down... Anyway, it's cheap, less likely to get infected, and you control the environment to your child's comfort... just a thought!
My pediatrician's office does ear piercing. I think it is $30. He is Dr. Walter Leon. His office is on Matlock just north of I20.
Have you checked with your pediatrician? Mine does ear piercing.

I was wondering what you found out about this? I have a 9 month old that I'm trying to decide if I want her ears pierced or where to take her to get it done that is the safest.
Thanks, Randa
