Hi. My family just moved to Monroe last summer. While my husband's family is from all around here and the Downriver area, mine are all up in the Flint area. Can anyone suggest any clubs or organizations to join? Are there any other SAHM who would just like to get together and talk? I love talking to my 2 year old daughter, but I miss the "girl talks" I used to have with old friends. I joined Lifestyles - does anyone have a membership there that maybe we could talk and workout together? Thanks!
Hi , my name is Y. and I live in Monroe I don't have a membership at lifestyles but my daughter does and has been trying to get me to join. I usualy do the river walk every other day weather permiting. Now that it's getting warmer I can do it more often and would love company.

We also have an exchange student from Korea. It would be nice to meet you. I do work out but at powerhouse gym. you should try there it is alot of fun.
Hi! Yeah I have been looking for friends on here forever! I don't drive so if my hubby is gone (most of the time, not working!) I have to walk to where I wanna go. I live on the west side..what about you? Right now the Dorsh library is still closed but call Navarre and ask about kid programs. Those are fun.

I'm also a SAHM new to Monroe (2 years) with an 8 month old daughter. I have not really found any clubs- but in fairness, I didn't look that hard. But I am always looking for stuff to do, especially now that the weather is getting warmer.
Let me know if you would like to get together- we could just do the mall or something until it's nicer outside.
