it is probably not the area that you are looking for, but the Sherman Health in St. Elgin, of Randall Road has a physical therapist that can do magic. I do not know how she does it, but I have been there many times. I walk in like I need a cane and I come out as if I am 20 years old.
Her name is Jil, don't think she works every day.

a little farther than you are looking, but Dr. Dave Gidcumb has an office in Schaumburg. I've gone to him a lot. He is conservative (not overly agressive), which I like... he won't suggest unnecessary treatments or medications. He's on Roselle Road, just a little past Wise Road.
