I would suggest seeing a naturopathic physician. Homeopathy, botanical medicine, and very specific hydrotherapy are the modalities to consider. Good luck!
I would like to here from others who also have pelvic congestion syndrome to know what treatments have been successful for them. My gynecologist is recommending hysterectomy in the event that my husband and I do not want more children. That seems like a drastic way to improve symptoms. We are not sure about what to do. Any advice from others in with same diagnosis would be beneficial.

There is a great book called "What your Doctor may NOT tell you about PreMenopause" by John R. Lee, MD, that might help you. I got my copy from Amazon.com & it has helped me. Although I don't know what pelvic congestion syndrome is, the book discusses a variety of issues & after a little research, you might find the relief you need without such drastic measures. And I agree, a 2nd opinion is VITAL for such a life changing decision.
I don't know anything about pelvic congestion syndrome but I would advice getting a second opinion before doing anything drastic. Also going to a kinesiologist. They tend to look at the whole person not just at the symptoms. They also look at cures and tend to use herbal medicines.
