I am a single mom that just moved to the Dallas area for work but I have not been able to sell my house that is in south Fort Worth. I do not have 6 months to list it with an agent at 6% commission and I have tried renting it out and that was a disaster! I would love to get an investor to buy it but they want it at rock bottom price. I am going broke paying rent and my mortgage every month I cannot afford it for much longer.
Any suggestions?
OK so here is some more info on my house... My house is in Alvarado, it is a small town next to Burleson, Cleburne, Joshua and Venus. It is close to Hwy 67 and I 35, so it would take about 40 minutes to get to Dallas and about 20 minutes to Fort Worth.

Maybe you could try a lease-to-own option. I have a neighbor who is doing that because he couldn't sell his house.
