have upcoming court date and need an attorney the one I have now is basically telling me to give up!

If you can't find one, when you go to court you may ask for a coninuance in the case due to change of representation. They will grant it to you, then you will have more time to find another lawyer rather then rushing into another attorney who can't help you.

i dont know anyone personally, how ever you might be able to go to the court and ask for a recomendation.
my brother went threw this. you need to get a real junk yard dog of a lawyer.
people at the court know just about all the lawyers so ask them.
