Need Cleaner for Glass Top Stove

There are two things I would recommend. One is the cleaner that we used for years for a stove top that we used to have. It was the cleaner you use for Corningware cooktops. Unfortunately I can not remember the name of it, but I know we bought it at Sears and would think they would know what that is. The second would be Softscrub with bleach. This works as well but it takes more scrubbing time, and extra rinsing time or you have that streak problem. Hope this helps.

I have a glass top stove too. I use soft scrub. It takes some elbow grease depending on how bad the mess is, but it always comes clean. Be sure to use the soft side of the sponge though and not the 'scrubby' side because it will scratch the surface of your stove. After using soft scrub, you'll have to use a glass/surface cleaner to get rid of the streaks. It's a pain, but it looks as good as new when I'm done.

There is a cream cleanser you can probably get at Home Depot. I got it when i bought my stove.
it does the trick! i sometimes use a glass cleaner on top of that.

Ceramic-brite or cerama-brite?? It is specifically for glass cook tops. You need to wipe it on in circles, then let it dry before wiping it off with a damp, almost dry cloth. Much like waxing a car...it's a pass in the you know what, but worth the time. Much like taking out the trash, cleaning the cooktop is my husbands job...:-)
