I am divorced and have two children from that marriage. I need to get my kids into therapy to help with their emotional issues. I need someone that is well credentaled that may have to provide information for the courts.

R., just so you know, most therapists who see the kids for treatment dont like or arent willing to also testify. in addition, if you want to get your kids assessed to look at their emotional health, etc. then someone who would do that would not be likely then to also do the treatment. in the "forensic" world (providing info to courts), we psychologists and other mental health professionals like to keep treatment separate from the court work. but, all that said, if you need referrals for therapists and/or someone to do an assessment, i can make some suggestions. how old are your kids?
