Does anyone have any experience with local flooring companies? My parents are moving to the area and need some new carpet and/or hardwood or laminate flooring. Where can they get a good deal on quality flooring and good customer service? THANKS!!

We used Empire and were very pleased with them - they'll come to your house with samples. My mother in-law, brother in-law and a friend of mine have also used them and have been pleased...not exactly local, but I think it's worth giving them a call.
