Sounds like you have put a lot of restrictions on the first name, what it can't start with or end with. LOL. Honestly I don't understand why but seriously pick a name no matter what it starts/ends with and go with it.
Baby is due two months from now and I am struggling to come up with a decent list of boy names (not sure it is a boy, but I've got girls names down). If I throw out some naming parameters will you throw out some name suggestions? Here is what I'm trying to find:
- Can't begin with A or P due to initials, or S due to too many S's. Middle name is going to be Stone and last name is Sonda.
- Can't end with the letter A or S or X or CE or SE or TH or SH or SON due to last name.
- Would prefer a name not in the current top 50.
- No trendy names like Braden/Jaden/Kaden/Aiden
- I think a name that ends in O would be fun.
- Baby names used recently by friends, family or our other child and so are off the list: Oliver, Oscar, Gabriel, Eli, Owen, William, Theodore, Henry, Jack
Thanks!
Thanks, moms, for all of the great suggestions! Baby's birth is still two months away so I don't know the final decision yet as we don't know the gender, and even if it's a boy, I'll probably go in with a list of four or five names and see what the babe looks like and what feels right before deciding. But on the list of contenders at this point are: Mitchell, Leo, Milo, Carter, Caleb, Levi, Theo, Elliott, Matteo.

How about
Matteo
Trevor
Gage

That is all I can think of for now, perhaps I will try again later. :)
It might be weird, but for some reason the first thing that popped into my head after reading this was "Oslo". I don't even know if it's been used as a name, but it seemed kind of cool. Oslo Stone Sonda. You could use the nickname Ozzie.
Otherwise, how about Vito? I know two little boys (brothers) named Vinnie and Vito. They are so cute.
How about Xavier, Hugo, Leo, Beau, Theo, Marco, or Nikko. At first I couldn't figure out why you didn't want a first name with the letter "a", LOL I am a little slow today. I finially got it. =) Good Luck!
Just wanted to say that I think Stone is a very good and unusual first name. I'm sure you've thought of that, but just wanted to put in my vote.
I am floored to see the multitude of name suggestions here. So different, many interesting, etc.

Harrison
Callen
this is what i did with my son...took his dads middle name for his first name-his grampas middle name for his middle name...worked out great...my ex hubby named our daughter-but she got my middle name as her middle name-which was my moms also.
Nicholas
and if our second baby was a boy we were going to name the baby Mason
Gavin
Elliott
Wyatt
Jesse
Trevor
Tyler Stone Sonda or Mitchel Stone Sonda sounds very nice even my hubby likes these
Owen is very trendy right now, in southeast Wisconsin anyway.
I do like Niko (Nikko) a lot. My reserve back up boy's name is Rylan.
I have a Bryce and a Drew. I LOVE the names cuz they're not common, but they're not bizarre either. Good luck!
I agree with a previous poster who said Stone would make a great first name!
Brett
Eli
Grady or Brady
I like jonathon levi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 but you did say his m.n. Is stone so how about jonathon stone
what about Deklin? not sure of the exact spelling. prounced like decklyn.
You left out Vadin. That is my son's name and it is not on the top 50. My other son is Vance, but you ruled that one out in you rule book.

Mitchell (Mitch)

Brodan and his nickname could be Brody. I also like the name Raef. Sometimes spelled Rafe.
Let us know what you picked!! Congrats!
I like Mateo, Leo, Niko., teo (tay-oh), taio (tie-oh)..also grant, Harrison , Callen, Kalen, Caleb, Keegan, Corey, Damon, Levi, Carter, Carson, and Kellen/kellan. I think you should avoid b names too..BS ;) let us know what you decide!
I don't know how you pronounce your last name, but figuring it might be SONN-da, (like Honda), I figured Carson and Harrison sound more like "SUN" than "SONN" so a -son at the end of a first name could work!
Tracy.
Tracy Stone Sonda.
Tracy Sonda.
...and yes, I mean that for a boy.
Congrats!!!
P.S. That could also develope the nickname, Trace.
Caleb (Kaleb)
Dylan
Jacob
Zachery

I love the name valentino
I think it needs to be at least two syllables in order to balance his middle name (which I love by the way) Here are some of my friends recent names that you might like. Porter, Jaxon (Jackson but eliminates the Jack nick-name), Jacen (Jason), Grady, Carter, Keegan
Ernesto
Emelio
Roberto
Umberto
I know Jojo is a good nickname for Josiah
I didn't check the top 50 list but here are some possibilities: Jacob, Joseph, Cameron, Logan, Cody, Brady, Tyrell, Morgan, Robert, John, David, Michael, Victor, Brian, and Wade. You can always look into your family history or that of your husband and search for a name.
Good luck with your choice. I think Stone is a fabulous middle name :)

And I like Leo too- it's a good strong name
I haven't checked the top 50 list but I like Matthew (actually Matthew James or Matthew Charles but Matthew Stone would be ok too).
