I don't really understand your question, You want to know if you have to pay for him to come home? No. The military pays for everything if it is a scheduled return. He comes back on a military plane.

I'm sorry - I don't understand you...

Is your fiance an American military soldier deployed to Iraq?
Do you need his help in planning your wedding?

If he is NOT an American citizen but an Iraqi citizen he must have permission from his Consulate or Embassy to travel and will need a VISA to travel as well as a passport..

Please help us help you by clarifying your question

We can't help you unless you edit your question...

If your fiance is military and deployed...he MIGHT get one week of leave in the middle of the deployment that the military will Space-A him out on a flight.

If your fiance is Iraqi - he will need to go to a consulate or embassy to get a visa...along with his passport.

If he is deployed to Iraq he can not take leave. He does get midtour if it is a long deployment during which he can come home at the militarys dime (usually). He needs to check with his command.

Also not really understanding the question? If it's a military question, I have no experience there but I'd assume if he already has put in for leave and is being sent home, the military sends him home. If he's military and hasn't put in for leave, if he's active duty I doubt that he can put in for leave to spend a few weeks planning a wedding. If you're asking us, it sounds like you havent mentioned it to him. If he simply lives there and is not U.S. military, then it's up to the two of you to determine how to handle his travel and expenses.

I also do not understand your question which makes me wonder - are YOU from Iraq?

If your fiance is military ask MILITARY ONE SOURCE your questions about what they will and will not help you with. If he is military and you are Iraqi you need to contact the consulate. Can you please edit/update your post so we can help you?

Your question is confusing. Is he in the military? Is he from Iraq. What do you want to apply for?
