I'm sorry! My daughter did that at 6 months and continued until about 10 months. Its rough, the only way Ava would sleep would be if I held her. Finally around 10 months we did the "cry it out" method, and it actually worked this time. It took about a week but each night she cried less. My pediatrician said it was a seperation thing, which may be your case. The best advice I can give, is to just keep trying new things. Music, white noise, being held,nursing, etc. You may just have to wait it out, as sleep deprived as you are! Good luck and know you aren't the only one!
