Im starting to be concern about my 6 yr old daughter. The dentist pulled out her 4 front tooth at 2 yrs old n now shes 6 going on 7 n still no sign of themm coming out i ask the dentist if it was normal cuz i would thing they should at least by now be showing something or a sign of them showing.he said they are there but it takes time for them to come out. But im afraid that maybe when they pulled out her tooth they messed up her gums or her grown up teeth and it might of affect her grown up teeth..

What can I do next?

My son lost his two front teeth on his own when he was six, and it took a full year for his adult front teeth to show any signs of growing in. He was toothless for a full year. I wouldn't worry, especially since the dentist said they were there. :)

Next dental check up, make sure they check the xrays. I bet they are all up there.. just waiting to pop through.

It sounds fine at this point. Some children do not even lose their teeth till 6 or 7 and then it takes a while for the adult teeth to come in.

Probably not a problem - my son is almost eight and still not a wiggle. I was getting really concerned and paid a ton of money for a panograph, only to find his adult teeth are there - they just don't have any intention of pushing their way out for a while. This is particularly common, I've been told, with kids whose baby teeth came in on the relatively late side (his were not abnormally late, but a bit later than some of his friends). The dentist told me this kind of deviation (while certainly on the more extreme side) does happen. Good luck!

I wouldn't worry about it. It seemed like it took forever for my GD's front teeth to come down after she lost the baby teeth naturally. The dentist can tell from the x-ray that the teeth are up there - they are just taking their time coming down.
