I have a wonderful day care provider who might be able to help you out. She lives off of Rodeo in Bolingbrook. She is very reasonsable and works with parents who are on and off of work. Inbox me and I can give you her number.

I work at a early childhood school in your area (95th St and Rt. 59) and we have a before/after school program that busses to a few schools in the area - but it sounds like you're in need of in-home care and something very flexible.

Care.com is a sure way to get a sitter - I always get what I need on there. There's a new service, "seeking sitters", that is doing major advertising in our area but I don't really know much about it - thought I'd pass it along just in case.
