I've cleaqned the soap scum from my walls, and doors and now I have the cracks left with mold spots. I used to be able to spray with a bleach cleaner and it would vanish. Now I am stuck. We are planing on moving and renting the house out.

What can I do next?

comet spray gel works miracles on mold in showers! Just follow the directions. It might take a couple of times but it will all be gone within 2-3 cleanings.

I have tried two different things and both have worked. The first is vinegar. Pour it on the mold and leave on for about 15-20 minutes. If it around the edge of the tub where the vinegar will just roll off, try soaking a few washcloths in vinegar and placing them on the mold.

The other thing that works is the Magic Eraser. Sometimes it doesn't work right away on the mold, but if you put a little elbow grease into it, it usually will.

is it in an area where you can caulk over the mold? if it is in a corner, just caulk over it. if it is on the grout, you can cut a small part of the grout out and regrout. it's not hard.
we're long-time home fixer uppers. unless you want to redo the entire shower (probably no need to unless you have reason to believe the wall behind the shower is mold), just do the quick fix. it will stop the mold from spreading.

Make a paste of bleach and Comet. Pat it on and leave on until it's gone, then rinse....just make sure to keep the area ventilated!

You know, I don't exactly know what to do about your mold spots, as bleach is the main mold-killer. So, I wasn't going to respond, but I just had to tell you what our family does that makes cleaning SO MUCH easier - wiping down the shower with a towel and/or squeegee after the last use of the day. This got passed down from my German grandparents' side of the family. I know it's kind of too late, but I never have to scrub the sides of the shower, so I thought I'd pass along the tip.

if you can get a pumice stone in the spot where the mold is that could work.

You could try getting in there with a strong cleaner and an old toothbrush or dish brush. After scrubbing use a big cup to rinse it off. I just cleaned my shower this weekend and it took me 45 min. to get it pretty clean. It is not fun! If all else fails, I would pay someone to come in and clean it well.

My mom just go me something called Mold Control from Lowes and it worked really well. And I started using my Arbonne FC5 body wash to clean my shower and OMG!!! it's freaking AMAZING!!! my husband freaked out because he was like omg how much does that cost??? but I used less than we usually do on our body and I used an old washcloth to wipe down everything it was just amazing how fast and easy the calcium deposits and grim came off! compared to how long I've scrubbed in the past with actual shower cleaning stuff!!! lol but anyway MOLD CONTROL!! lol
