Melaleuca Products

Run! Do not order these products. It is a giant ripoff.IF you google melaluca you will find on the site a ripoff/scam blog and this one gets the worst rating. Stay away!

I was a member and I was a seller. I love their products. I wasn't able to keep up my membership and minimum orders being a single mom of 3...but I would reccommend them to anyone.

My Dad sells Melaleuca so of course I use their products. I was skeptical at first but I really love the laundry detergent. It lasts forever because you use so little. I think it cleans better and helps clothes to last longer as well.
I also love the lotion and the dish washing detergent. I think the products are worth it especially since they are all natural and better for you.

YUCKKKK!!! All the products have a horrible smell and the toothpaste is the most disuting thing I have ever put in my mouth! Sorry for the horrible comment.

I recommend that you do your research as i did look at the BBB and everything. put Melaleuca in google and yahoo ect and see what come up i to was getting ready to join but i found a much better company you will find that many people will note that the question Melaleuca's ability to be 100% natural. Just research and judge for yourself if you would like to know what Company I joined let me know and also they don't make you order every month or if you for get they just don't send you things you don't need. I see you've received a few responses already and am not sure if you're already shopping with Melaleuca or want build a business. I've been shopping with Melaleuca for almost 14 years and I do receive recurring monthly residual income from them, simply because I share Melaleuca with a few friends.

There are a mixed bag of responses, some positive, some negative, I see.

Because there are 5 categories of products, I never have a problem easily exceeding 100 points per month. And it's not about "token purchases" for our family. We shop for what we NEED, just as if we were going to the store. And there's only me, my hubby and my 7 y/o son.

To the gal who indicated it's hard to cancel your membership . . . all you have to do is send to Melaleuca, in writing, a note indicating that you want to cancel your membership. You can do it via mail (3910 S. Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83402-6003)or fax (888-528-2090) before the 20th of the month. The person who enrolled you should be able to help you or you can call 800-282-3000 and get the help you need. Shopping with Melaleuca isn't intended to be "bondage" or a "contract" that you can't cancel. It's merely a shopping membership that you can cancel for any reason at any time. I'm not sure why you're having trouble.

I use the products and have had amazing results. My daughter who suffers from eczema has been eczema free and free of all the steroid creams since we switched to Melaleuca. The combination of the bath soap, laundry detergent, and lotion has really changed her life!

My son also suffered from asthma and since removing all the harsh chemicals found in regular cleaning products he has not had a breathing treatment since right before Thanksgiving, 2008.

I have been using their cleaning products for 4 yrs. My Favs are the Laundry detergent (last forever, no phosphates), Solugard (forget the caustic Lysol) & the MelaMagic (very effective on mold). I really just buy for 1 household and end up with too much. I have ordered shampoos & lotion but they use parabens & lanolin. I prefer Dr. Bronner's or Avalon products. Also, I would rather buy from companies that do not use animal testing & they are not certified for that. I was told that the reason for that is because of the dog shampoo. As for their vitamins, they are much better than centrum or one-a-day, but I do not like to use vitamins that have gelatin & most of them do. I do like their children's vitamins. I hope this helps.

i like them a lot.... no chemicals, they smell good, and they work! i mostly like the cleaning products for the home and dish cleaning stuff. there is the tea trea oil stuff, a concentrate (solumel i think?) and besides being a great cleaner, it deoderizes really well. i spray it in the car and leave the doors open (my mistake for ever allowing kids to eat in the car!). so you can get creative, because it won't hurt your stuff. i started with the products bc my son has asthma issues, but i will keep up. and it is so nice having all that stuff delivered.

Yes I would recommend Melaleuca to anyone because they use natural ingredients that are helpful to the environment. I have a daughter that suffers from Asthma and the laundry detergent has helped ease her symptoms that she would get in comparison to the other clothing detergents. Good luck! I love the products sooooooooooo much. The problem was I was using less product to clean. My son loves the childrens stuff. We used many of their products. he problem is that because the products worked so well I actually ended up paying more on having a membership. Alot of the times I only needed one thing and ended up having to buy 35 pinots worth toa month to satisfy my membership. Go figure. I quit the mebership after a year and it's been 6months since and I still have a ton of product and my house is still super clean. We use Melaleuca and love their products. Which ones in particular are you interested in? I can't think of what we don't use. Even their sports drink is excellent, as we are big bike riders and go through a ton of regular store brand for way more than we pay for the same amount of Melaleuca product.

I am a member (you have to be to use and purchase the products at a reasonable rate) of Melaleuca products. We initially joined to get a better deal on vitamins. Since then, we've tried many of their products. The food I'm not too crazy about. Their laundry detergent does not seem to work on heavily soiled items. I have to wash it several times before it's remotely clean. The cleaning products (specifically Sol-U-Mel) has a strange smell which I can't get accustomed to and also have to use a lot of that product in order to work. This seems counter-productive as they promote their items in a way that would save you money and prevent frequent (if any) trips to the grocery store.

Having said that, I think you should check them out thoroughly before you join. It's quite a hassle to "dis-enroll". Good luck!

I love Melaleuca products. I use all there cleaning products, dish & laundry soap. There vitamins are the best! I love the lotions also. My friend sells it if you are interested. She is in the Austin area, but also has clients out of state. She is very knowledgeable about all the products.

Wendy H is right-the products do smell really gross and they seem WAY over priced.
