I had no idea you could even purchase things through Mamapedia...I agree with Donna H., call your husband's credit card company.
I wonder, does Mamapedia have a phone number? I've emailed them both using their contact form and another email address I found online because our order, charged to my husband's card in mid-November, STILL has not arrived! It was a baby sign DVD set for $50; it blew most of our holiday budget for our baby and it never arrived. I have not gotten a reply to my email (sent mid-week) and I'm getting really freaked out.
Any help or advice would be welcome; I am sure it's just a fluke but with no reply and no number to contact I can't resolve it!
Thanks. :)

Was it ordered from Mamapedia, or through one of their "Sweet Deal" companies? If it was through a different company, go to their website, get their contact info to find out what state they are in, and then go the the Better Business Bureau and find their listing. You can issue a complaint through there, as well as see if there is a pattern of such issues.
I'm not sure what you ordered or how it works for most things... but I did order something thru mamapedia a few weeks ago and the way that worked was that they sent me a "code" that I had to use thru the actual companies website to order it... Perhaps check your email junk box from when you ordered it and see if you got anything from them that went to junk instead of the inbox...
Call the credit card company and start the process to dispute the charge. You will have to put in writing your dispute however the call will get the credit card company to investigate if this was some type of fraud. Is there a phone number associated with the charged item on your statement?
I am wondering exactly the same thing. I purchased a voucher from an offer on their Sweet Deals site, and the code is invalid. Funny how one can post a question on the Internet and get several replies - yet, none of them actually answer the question:^)
I have unsuccessfully called Mamapedia at the above phone number for over a year to try to advertise my product in sweet deals. I've sent at least 10 inquiries via their website and each time, I receive a polite response from a man named "John" telling me someone will contact me. I have never received one response. But I have received a survey as to how the customer service has been and I honestly responced. No response to that response. I guess they don't want anymore business. I'm going to log off of here for good. It's poorly mismangaged customer service, which is too bad because I liked many other aspects about the site. But, it's a disgrace to beg someone to call me back...you need to get a handle on this Mamapedia and have some intelligent and ambitious staff--and a "live" person to answer the phones.
