Depends on the size of your house and where you live. Where I live (south orange county) that would be a basic cleaning without any detail work.
Im sure this has been asked several times but I'm gonna ask anyway. Are you happy if you are currently using a maid service? I found a company I like and they will charge 95 bucks a month to do a deep clean, baseboards/floors up to light fixtures. I can do upkeep and I work full time with 2 kids and I clean but I know it could be done a lot better. I just dont have the umph to get on all fours and scrub baseboards or behind the toilet (it does get wiped down but could be done better) Is 95 bucks a month reasonable if they provide all the cleaning stuff (chemical free)

I didn't realize until a few months later how much of a difference it made in our lives to have someone come and clean. Our house only gets done every other week, and it's totally worth it: it's reduced my stress level, given me my Sundays back so I'm not cleaning the whole time. Surprisingly, I also realized how much infighting went on between my husband and I about cleaning (who did more, when, etc.) and that too was gone with the cleaner. It's been great.
I guess the price really depends upon how big your house is, how many pets you have, etc. I just had a deep clean done on my house (2500 sq ft, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 kids and 2 cats), they supply the chemicals, for $150. To maintain it weekly is $75. But I'm in CA where the cost of living is higher. I would say $95 sounds pretty reasonable.
I am in Chicago and pay $119 a month for cleaning service. I think $95 is reasonable depending on the size of your house. I have a company, and they were great for the first few months, but sometimes I've found that I wish they were doing a bit better. I haven't complained about it (and I'm not the type of personality who can talk about it to the ladies directly- wish I could!), and some months are better than others even though it's always the same ladies. Keep an eye on what the company says they'll do each time vs what they actually do. One thought: with a company, they charge extra for anything beyond what they usually do. With an individual, you can ask that instead of cleaning whatever, this time you would like your cabinets cleaned, or whatever, for the same cost. It may be better that way since you can rotate things and get everything totally clean. I just had to use a company because I don't feel comfortable telling anyone what to clean in my house!
Very reasonable. If they were dong it twice a month I would expect a little bit less but for once a month I think is a steal.
It really depends on the size of your home and exactly what you want the cleaning service to accomplish while they are there. I pay $160 every 2 weeks to have my home cleaned. It is always best to get a second estimate to make sure the price they have given you is within range for what you are asking to be done.
Go for it and just be sure to check the finished job too...I firmly believe that any working mommy must have a cleaning service.
I just had a Maid Pro quote that came in at $450 for twice a week....what are they smokin? I'll get on my own fours first....
