We haven't sold with her, biut we had a great buying experience with Marion Digre at ReMax in the Village. We didn't know OP/RF/FP at all and she helped us find the perfect spot AND knew a ton about the entire area, what was for sale at the right price and what was for sale at the sellers convienece/price. Her daughter and huasband often work with her, and I found them both nice, but would make sure to have Marion at any negotiations. Good luck!

We just bought a house in July -- he worked with us from January through June until we picked one...we were interested in many suburbs because we had no idea where we wanted to live...he traipsed through them all with us, was very accomodating, etc. We must have looked at 120 homes ;) ha! He also owns his own condos, rehabs and sells them...he does both buyers and sellers. Plus, he is in your area. Good luck!

We used Margaret McSheehy of Historic Homes Realty in 2003 and not only was our house sold in 5 days (of course, different market back then) but she listed it well above what we intended on selling it for and we got almost our asking price!
