I am planning on putting my house in Lake Dallas on the market in January and need to find a good realtor who'll be able to market it well and turn it around so it won't sit forever. Do you have any recommendations?

Thank you, everyone, for your recommendations! Unfortunately all responses went to my junk mail folder and it took me a while to figure it out :-). I was so disappointed at first. But for that reason I went with a recommendation that I received offline and so far I am very happy with my new realtor. Thanks again!
