Greenwood Pediatrics on Quebec between Dry Creek and County Line... not as close as you want but is a good office. I would imagine there's something closer though.
My husband and I just switched from Kaiser (which I loved) to Blue Cross/Blue Shield and are now in need of a good pediatrician. I would like somebody close as we are a single car family. I am also looking for someone who is open to a variety of treatment options, not just drugs. I would apprciate any recommendations. Thanks
Thanks for all the responses. This is such a great website. It makes me feel so supported to have you all as such wonderful resources.

We love the doctors at Littleton Pediatrics that are not far from that location. They are Broadway and County Line road. My kids see Dr. Rosenbaum, but when he's busy there are other doctors that are all equally good that help out. The staff is always helpful too. We've been seeing them for 11 1/2 years and have no complaints.
Try Cartwheel Pediatrics. Dr. Hall. She is awesome. 9330 S. University. ###-###-####. She is very nice, very good with the kids, and no nonsense. She won't do any unnecessary procedures or anything.
We use Dr. Diana Lujan on Lincoln (just up the road from SkyRidge and the Super Target). I don't have the address handy but the phone # is ###-###-####.
She and her nurse are both wonderful and return call promptly.
Partners in Pediatrics uses a combination of conventional medicine, herbal remedies and homeopathies. They used to be right near where you are, but just moved near sky ridge hospital. I love the practice, and highly recommend them--especially Jerry Rubin.
Also, Dr. Edwin Anselmi is a family doctor that we use--he does it all--pediatrics, obstetrics, general ills and aches and check ups. His office is on university between dry creek and county line. He is one of the few family docs who still delivers babies.
Both practices are in the phone book.
Good luck finding a practice that you like.
We go to Kenneth Katz at County Line and Holly. We've been going to him for almost five years and think he is fantastic! I don't think he is a "natural" doctor, but I do know that he will only prescribe meds if he thinks its really necessary. He's an advocate for the child- he spend a lot of time fighting with my insurance (was Pacificare now it's Anthem) when my son needed to see a specialist, and he was successful with it! Maybe you should meet with a few docs recommended to you and choose the one you (actually and more importantly your son) feels comfortable with.
We use Academy Park Pediatrics. They are on Wildcat Reserve and they are really great. Dr. Goldberg is my favorite, he really takes the time to answer all of your questions and is very kind and listens well. All of the doctors are great there though...I don't mind taking my kids to any of the doctors.

I take my son here and they are wonderful! We see Dr. Middlemist, be there are other pediatric docs in the practice. It's not at C470/University, but not too far, around County Line and Yosemite. Mapquest the address to see if it might work for you! Check with them to see if they take BC/BS insurance. Good luck in your search!
