Does anyone have an eye dr that they would recommend in the richardson or plano areas?

I just went to Dr. Frazee in Richardson. He is off of Palno road and Collins. I was really impressed w/ him and his staff.
Dr. Douglas Black on Campbell and Plano Rd is really good.
Dr Krauss - Eye Care Associates in Richardson... Campbell between Nantucket and Floyd. I have seen him for years and he is great. Very competant and sweet nurse that has been with him for years also. We love them!!

I'm not sure if you prefer an optometrist or ophthalmologist - I've had both and actually have had better experience with optometrist. I go to Dr. Wilken in Richardson and absolutely love him. He is on Campbell Road - West of 75. One thing I love about him is he is the only one you see - he does all the vision tests including the puff of air, etc. Other eye places I've been to someone else does it. One option he has is that rather dilating your eyes he has a machine that scans your eye and he keeps it in his computer and the next time you go back, he does it again and compares the two to check for any changes or concerns. There's a small charge for this - but to me it's worth it rather than having your eyes dilated. If you have contacts, he will match the price of 1-800 contacts if their cheaper.
