I live in Kirkwood and would like to find a couple other moms to get together with at Kirkwood park or Des Peres (or other parks nearby). I plan to spend a lot of time outside with my 9 month old in the mornings while my 3 year old is at preschool, and I prefer unstructured, outdoor time when possible (especially while we have good weather). I love nature and enjoy walking and just letting my children explore outside, so I'd like to meet other moms who are similar in that regard (I don't like to over-schedule our lives). Wonderful! I have been looking for friends for my little one's to play with at the Des Peres Park, I have a 7mo old son and an 2 year old. Sam, the 7mo old, really enjoys being outside. We are available Tuesday and Friday mornings and sometimes in the afternoons also. If you are interested in meeting some day write back :) We like Kirkwood park too. Let me know.

I live in U-City which isn't too far from you (we go to Gymboree out in Webster Groves which is near Kirkwood-right?). I'm always looking for something to do with my almost 10 month old daughter, Chloe. Since I'm not from St Louis & have only lived here 2 years (1 entire year raising a baby), I don't have many friends with little babies for Chloe to socialize with. We normally don't have much to do in the morning so we'd be up for a walk, although her nap is from 9-10:30.
I'd be interested too! Since my little one is just over 2 months old, we aren't too structured yet either. I'm working about one day a week, so a little notice would be needed - but - I'm flexible other than that. Anyone we go walking with will need to be comfortable with me nursing him when needed (though we are pretty discreet about the whole thing :) ).
I've been to Des Peres park with a girlfriend and to Laumeier on our own... have never been to Kirkwood's park, but would love to go. I live in Sunset Hills and work in Kirkwood near Des Peres, so I'm pretty close to all of them.
