I am exactly in the same situation, I have looked on the child proctective services website and found some names and addresses of people who live in Mansfield who care for children in their home. Just thought I would share the info. I found.

I work for Mansfield ISD so I needed my little boy to be cared for in Mansfield even though I don't live there. I found a wonderful caregiver, Nancy Gardner, that kept my little boy all of last school year, from when he was 5 months old to 15 months. We were very happy with her and Jack loved her. The only thing is that she follows Mansfield ISD's calendar so that may not work for you (she's closed for school holidays). But just in case, her number is ###-###-#### and her house is near Broad and Walnut Creek. You can tell her I referred you. Feel free to email me at ____@____.com if you have any other questions. :-) A. Carpenter
