Well I need to work out BAD! I am looking for a place that has childcare for my 20 month old while I work out and has extended hours for later workoutes. Let me know if you have a good place and if you would like someone to work out with. I am not in shape at all I am over weight and sick of it, it will take me a while to get going but I know I can do it faster if someone I know it there too.

I joined Gold's Gym in N. Arlington about a month ago and really love it there. I used to be at the YMCA and it is very expensive compared to Gold's. I pay $17 a month at Gold's vs. $35 at the Y. There are two other Arlington Y locations in Central Arlington and South Arlington. All locations offer free childcare while you exercise. What area of Arlington do you live? I know that off of Cooper Street and Arbrook, across from the Parks Mall, is a 24 Hour Fitness that has a day care service. It does however have certain hours for the day care though. I use to be a member there but the day care times didn't work for me. If you haven't or can not find a day care I'm looking for someone to walk with in the evening time. I am a 45 year old mom of 5 and I've been married for 20 years. Look into a 24 Hour Fitness Center. They are great! Also offer childcare.

You workout with your baby in your stroller 3 times a week and also have free cognitive and social development playgroups planned for you and your baby during the month. The free Mom's night out is a bonus. The next session starts Jan. 15.
Hi E., I was a member of the 24 Hour Fitness Center just North of the Aetna Arlington office for a while. THey have an awesome play room for slightly bigger kids, but it looked like they had things for younger ones too.
