I LOVE BOINGBROOKS WATER PARK!! There is indoor/outdoor no depth for babies and a great spalsh park area!
I'm looking for a water park near Elmhurst Illinois that is geared towards toddlers. My daughter is 2 and almost fearless. She is wanting to go in the deeper water or down the huge water slide or climb the ladder in the deep end...you see? A sprinkler in our yard is fun too but I'd like to take her somewhere else once in awhile. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

There is the Holliday Inn "Holidome" in Elmhurst that is a water park for kids. Also there is a fun waterpark in Bolingbook. I know last year they just opened a new waterpark in Bloomingdale. Hope this helps
Pelican Harbor in Bolingbrook. They have Parent /Tot Swim time from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Non-residents are $6.00 / person. 2 and under are FREE. They have a zero depth pool which is GREAT for little ones! They also have a really neat water play area that your daughter would like. They have a playground in sand too. It would be worth the drive for you!
Hi L.. I'm not certain where Elmhurst is, but Elk Grove village has an awesome lagoon geared toward those needing 3 foot and less water. My one and two years old simply LOVE the place. It's located off of Biesterfield just east of the Alexian Brothers hospital. There's also an awesome play park with an excellent sprinkler park and sand; again very suitable for a toddler. Hope that helps out.

The Berens Park (through the Elmhurst Park District) has a neat small water park, with sprinklers in the ground, a shallow wading area, etc, and I think the admission is only $2.
L.,
You should go to The Hub in Elmhurst. This is located in a park. I had a great time there. This is a very nice spray park! They have other activities as well.

Ty-Warner park in Westmont isn't too far from Elmhurst. It's just North of Ogden a few blocks east of Cass (Blackhawk drive). It has a splash park that is nice and $4/day.
There's a Elmhurst Holiday Inn Indoor waterpark.
L., you should check out Berens Park in Elmhurst. http://www.epd.org/parkpage.asp?park=2 It has a great "splashpad"- perfect for toddlers all at ground level (no deep areas at all). It's all a part of the park called the Hub (it has mini golf, batting cages, too) just completed in Summer 2004. The splashpad does cost money (not much- a couple of dollars for each of you). Outside the splashpad is a great toddler playground. Lots to do-- amazing convenient parking. I went there a few weeks ago and a had a great time with my 2 year old. Enjoy!
