I have a great recommendation... my mother-in-law Mary. She is an excellent counselor and has recently moved to Overland Park right on the edge of Olathe. I don't know if your health insurance covers mental health but if so you are able to go to a psychologist. I assumed since my husband's plan offered an EAP that insurance didn't cover mental health visits (since that's the way my last job's benefits were) anyway we tried going to a couple of the counselors on the EAP, I just wasn't impressed with any of them. We have been going to a psychologist in Olathe and we really like her, she can talk to everyone individually as well as together and we all like her very much.
