Looking for Birthday Party Place for 2-Yr-old near Plano, Allen

I'm looking for the names, descriptions and websites of great Birthday Party places that would be ideal for a 2-yr-old. Tots Towne has a limit on the number of kids you can invite - I think 13 is the most. I want to invite a little more than that. And I don't want to pay an arm and a leg. I think my son's too young to enjoy a place like Chuck E. Cheese. Where else can I try?

What can I do next?

There are several places.

1. My Gym at Parker and Alma

2. Clubhouse for kids at Parker and Independence.

3. Inflatable Insanity at Springcreek and Ave K.

4. Animal House in McKinney is great place, but you may not want to go that far.

5. Check some of the other children's gyms, they give great, easy parties

Hi A.,

We just had my son's 4th at Encouragym in East Plano (14th and Los Rios). I think their website is encouragym.com. Also, there's Little Gym, Gymboree, My First Gym, Infinite Bounds, Inflatable Insanity, Pump it Up. All places we've been to parties at. Let me know if you want more info. I think Chuck E Cheese is definitely too old - especially because of all the older kids there.

My Gym in Plano, Texas is a pretty good choice for birthdays, especially younger ones. Other choices may be a bounce house - Inflatable Insanity. Just a suggestion. Good luck.

Most two year olds I know don't get much out of bday parties.. simply too young. That said, why not consider a party at home? We have a big "castle" inflatable pool in our backyard that the 2yr olds love when we do playgroup. They are $3o at Target. You could also hire a balloon artist or clown for a little something out of the ordinary? If you prefer to do something out, we attended a 2yr olds bday in Plano at Little Gym (Preston Rd, in Weirs shopping ctr) and it was pretty fun. The kids got to play on all of the equipment and they had a bubble machine, parachute, etc. Separate room for eating cake. My guess is that it is probably pretty costly though. Didn't seem to have a limit on invitees - there were lots of us.
