Looking for an Attorney Who Can Help with Living Trust

Hi,
My husband and I really need to sit down and make living trust arrangements for our son incase something happens to us. Can anyone recommend an attorney to help us with this? We don't need anything complicated and we actually bought one of those fill-in-the-blank forms, but I'm not sure I'm comfortable with that because it's a big deal if we screw up!

Thanks,
K.

I am not sure where you are located, but my husband and I did the same thing when our daughter was born. We used Christopher Nudo, in Des Plaines ###-###-####. He was great and set everything up for us. It is a little expensive to use an attorney, but you can be sure that it is correct and has everything you need. We also had it set up for our daughter and any future children we may have so we don't have to make any changes to it if we have more kids.

Hope this helps.

Hello, we went with an attorney downtown, Chris Matern. ###-###-####
Our financial advisor recommended him. It was kinda expensive, however we did EVERYTHING. We set up a trust account for the kids with our life insurance, set up our guardians, did the living wills, etc. It is ALL done and was very easy to do.
Hope that helps.

We used an attorney that we have used before when selling/buying our homes. His name is Peter Anthony Johnson. We have been very happy with him. We did the wills, power of attorneys, etc. all at once. I thought about using the Quicken software to do it and actually asked Peter about the software. He said normally with the software the forms are fine, but they aren't executed properly (notary and witnesses and all that) so they can be contested etc. We decided that we were more comfortable using an attorney and getting it done right.

His office number is ###-###-#### if you want to contact him.
