It seems like forever since my husband and I have been out on a date. I would love to find a reliable babysitter in our area (we're around Custer and McDermott) who has experience watching a preschooler and a toddler. Do y'all have any recommendations?

My daughter is soon to be 16 and has been employed at Grace Community Church working in childcare for the past year and a half. We live off McDermott near Coit. My daughter has worked with children of all ages at the church's childcare as well as years of experience at home with 4 younger brothers.

Have you thought about a drop off childcare center. We use one called Adventure kids Play care. They are located at Preston and Park. All staff are background checked and they are regulated by the state. They have great ratio (8 to 1 for toddlers and 4 to 1 for infants) Plus they are more reliable then a sitter. Check them out. On occasion I do babysit either in my home or yours in the evenings and weekends so that parents can get some alone time to go out on a date or so.
