If you want a hospital midwife, Susan Aikens works at Downtown Baylor. If you want a birth center midwife, there are many to choose from. Molly Germash at Family Birth Services in Grand Prairie, Bonnie Kitchen and Gail Johnson at Eden Song Maternity in Hurst, the midwives at Family Centered Maternity Care in Garland, Dinah Warrench at Lovers Lane Birth Center in Dallas, or Becky Burpo at Allen Birthing Center. I'd avoid the Birth and Women's Center on Swiss at all costs. Cherie there is not someone I'd recommend at all.
I'm not sure your reasons for not wanting a homebirth. Obviously the exact same emergency equipment, etc. is the same whether at a birth center (which is really just someone else's house) or your own home. And the midwives will clean up everything whether it's their place or yours! If you ever want to chat about homebirth or midwifery care, feel free to let me know. My website is www.barefootmidwifery.com. Also, most homebirth midwives have priveleges at a birth center. So if you find a homebirth midwife you like, you can see if she can do a birth center birth for you.
LMK if I can help in any other way.
