Before I moved here, my doctor in Nevada recommended that I do far infrared sauna as often as possible. I have had a hard time finding locations that offer far infrared saunas, and the two I found charge around $45 a session. I was kind of blown away because FIR sauna sessions ran around $12 in Nevada. I love doing the saunas, but $45 is a bit steep for as often as I need to go. Does anyone have any leads at all on this? I would really appreciate it. We live near Flower Mound and Grapevine, but I would be open to anything.

MoveStudio, a private fitness studio in N Dallas at Preston/Campbell, has far infrared sauna and does not require membership like other fitness clubs do! Only $10 per 30-minute session or packages of 5 for $40 or 10 for $60. I dont know much about Saunas but I do know there is a place in Carrollton called the Russian Banya and they have saunas. Very friendly group of people. If they dont have what you are looking for I bet they could point you in the right direction.

www.dallascoloncare.com has a 10 session plan that is on sale for $250 so that would make it $25/session. The site says they are off Central Expy (I-75), but that they are opening a Plano location soon.
I have not been there, just did a web search, but maybe if you like them it will buy you some time until you find a place you like.
Also, some of the saunas sell for $1000 so if you need this weekly, it might be worth it to find a home sauna.
I just heard about this recently from a neighbor. Although I have not been here, she said they are great, www.wekneadbodies.com it's a friend of my neighbors.I think they might be in Frisco, might be too far for you. Like I said don't know prices or anything, but the owners come highly recommended. Hope this helps.
