Looking for a Affortable Hair Stylist

Find a male stylist. No chance of pregnancy there! Lol. (Of course, with your luck you may find the rare man who decides to be a SAHD. Lol.)

I always avoid brand-name places... I have NEVER had a good experience at a Great Clips or places like that. :/

I would look up beauty salons in your area. See if they have a website, and check it out. If you find something that looks promising, call and see what they charge for a cut. I did this twice, then found my go-to stylist. (Which is great, because it is hard to find a person who can cut my ridiculously wild hair type. Lol.)

Try a barber, they are much cheaper.. I go to my husband's... I pay her 12 dollars... as someone who wears their hair in a pixie or shorter.. I must say... since going to her, I've gotten more compliments on my hairstyle than I ever got when I was paying up for a cut... and I did that for years... boy I wasn't too bright about money back then...

You must be way nice, I tell them to stop! My son didn't get a satisfactory response once and we called and wrote a letter. They weren't too happy, but with Facebook and all those other things where you can blast them, it is not the time for them to not cooperate.
My husband has very thick hair and we go in those places. He watches for the ones that do his hair well then goes when he sees they are available.
If you had all these people stay at home I have a hunch they do hair at home half the time. See if you can find out if they are near you. Otherwise keep looking at your friends and find out where they go. I totally understand, got very hacked up once and that is why I use my very powerful voice and say a big STOP-right now!!!
