I think Legalzoom.com is a decent site, but I would really go to a lawyer. Also, just so that you understand, a living will and a will are not the same thing. A will is a document that tells how your assets are to be disbursed after your death (and assigns a guardian for your children). A living will is a document that states your healthcare wishes if you are unable to make them for yourself - you can assign a healthcare proxy to make your decision, discuss your wishes about DNR's and life support, organ donation, etc. good luck!
