I love using the crock pot.. as it makes dinner so much easier, but I am out of ideas for it. I make beef stew and pot roast in it. What are your favorites?

These are the best pork chops ever! They come out so tender that you don't even need to use a knife when you eat them. Hope you like them as much as we do...
Ingredients:
3-4 pork chops - the thicker the better, bone-in/center-cut kind
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. oil
Can of Chicken & Rice soup (the Large family size)
Directions:
Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard & garlic powder. Lightly brown chops in oil in a large skillet. Place browned pork chops in a crock pot (I usually spray the bottom with non-stick spray first). Pour soup over the chops. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. I usually make Stove Top stuffing or some other side dish to go with because the chicken & rice soup that you cook them in doesn't really provide a side dish, just makes the chops nice and tender. Enjoy!
Sorry I had to edit response....here's the correct link...BBQ pulled pork is my favorite!! Its inexpensive, feeds a big family or makes a ton of leftovers, and is soooo easy. Recipe is at allrecipes.com. This website is great!

Have you seen the cookbook crockpot recipes?
I think they have alot of really good ides in there.
I agree w/ you the crockpot/slow cooker does make life a bit easier...If you find anything good don't forget to post it for all of us.
One thing I like to do: I take Italian sauasge put that with prego tradional sauce and some green peppers & onion. Let it cook all day put it on hard rolls or over nooldes. It is really good. I did this for a family party everyone wanted to know who I got catering from,I just laughed!
A family fav of ours:
place a cup of your favorite salsa on the bottom, then 4 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless), cover with the rest of the salsa.
They cook up fast (approx. 2 hours on high). I take the chicken out and shred it, place it back in the slow cooker and add, 1 can of corn (drained), 1 can of drained/rinsed black beans, and a brick of cream cheese.
Cook for an hour on high and it's done. I typically will serve over rice or in tortillas.
Corned beef always turns out delicious too. We also do BBQ ribs. Cut up an onion and place on bottom. Cut the ribs into a few slabs (you can brown them before, but I don't think it's necessary) and cover with your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.
I second allrecipes.com. I must use this site at least three times a week for new recipes. You can put recipes into your own recipe box to save there and the reveiws from other users with ratings make this site great. Just search for crock pot or slow cooker and you will get a list of choices. I also make BBQ Pulled Pork, but with a little different recipe. I use Pork roast, and onion and then shred when cooked and add the onion, salt pepper, and BBQ sauce of choice. From the site here is THE BEST Beef sandwhich recipe for a crock pot:

Here is a really good recipe for beef Stroganoff:

I also follow this sloppy joe recipe and make it in the crock pot after the ground beef is browned, just add it a dash of white vinegar and soy sauce to the recipe and a chopped onion. (You can also use this on pulled pork):

You can also do chicken or pork chops. Just brown the chops, put them in the cooker with a can of cream of mush, some white wine and milk and let them cook. Serve over mashed potato.
Hope these help.
I LOVE the way corned beef turns out in the crock pot. Just put it in, cover with water, add any veggies you want and potatoes, some pickling spices and cook on low for 8 hours. Yummy!
