Hi K.,
I have two great and easy recipes that my kids love. I have been asked for these recipes from other moms after their kids have eaten dinner at our house.
The first one:
place 4 frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot, add four small cans (or two large) of cream of mushroom soup, add one package of dry italian dressing mix. Slow cook most of the day on low. When the chicken is done, cut it into pieces and place back into the cream. We eat ours over cooked rice with corn and rolls. It is tasty.

The other recipe is even easier. I buy the package of frozen meatballs at Costco. Place them in the crockpot frozen and pour the Yoshida teryaki sauce from Costco over the top and slow cook it on low all day. We eat these over rice as well, but I am sure they would be good with something else too.
Hope this helps!!

I have a word file with a couple hundred crock pot recipes in it. A lot of them are kid friendly, some not as much, just depending on what your family likes to eat. They are all relatively healthy and also include the calculation of nutrition information and weight watcher points for each recipe.

Our family has tried several of these recipes and they are always pretty good, and usually pretty easy. I can't attach the file through the mamasource site, but if you are interested, respond to my email address and I will send it directly to you.

roasts are super easy and tasty! just get a roast (pork, beef, lamb) and season it with salt and pepper. turn on the crockpot and cook for about 3 hours. then add chopped carrots and potatos and let it go about 1 hour. if the meat isn't very fatty, i add some broth or water to keep it juicy.
