No.
This is not for 4 year olds.
I personally cannot stand, it, Beiber or any other teeny-bopper things at this point, nor for my daughter who is 8.
She is not into it, either.
Hey Ladies,
For those of you that have seen the movie, do you think it would be age-appropriate to take my 4 and a half year old? My little girl loves a couple of his songs and I think she's got the "bieber fever" lol. . . .I am pretty conservative with what I let her watch---pretty much nick jr. and disney movies. What do you moms think? Thanks for your opinion!

My opinion........no.
How can a 4-1/2 year old have "Bieber Fever?"
Nothing against him and his movie did get a B+ in Entertainment Weekly, but Bieber is 16 after all.
Some may disagree with me, but I'd rather let my little ones see Danny Kaye "Hans Christian Anderson". Stick with the classics at this age.
I see no reason for such little children to be exposed to the media driven careers of people like Justin Bieber, regardless of how talented he may be.
My vote is no.
Best wishes.
There is a website called www.kids-in-mind.com. I always go to it when my kids want to see a movie. They rate the movies in 3 catagories. (sex and nudity, violence and gore and profanity) They also give you details of the scenes that can be remotely questionable and why. The justin beiber movie is on the front page. Hope i helped :)
it would be boring for a 4 year old, it has a lot of documentary type stuff. Who really has the fever you or your daughter :)
I just saw this movie today and I thought it was great! There was no bad language or sexual propaganda of any sorts. I HIGHLY reccomend this to any parent to take their kid(s) to see! ENJOY! Also, I saw it in 3-D and it was just like you were right there in the movie! and could actually reach out and touch Justin! Awesome!
im going to see it with my 8 yr old saturday, i cant imagine anything would be bad, his music is not racy, its sweet, and hes 16. I fully intend on celebrating her first celeb crush until he starts turning horrible, hopefully he wont.
we (my 9 yo daughter and her friends) saw it Friday and sat next to a 4 or 5 year old, who danced and sang through the whole movie - she loved it! I would bring ear plugs though - it is very loud and I hear if the theater is full of girls there can be lots of screaming and cheering.
I took my kids on Friday and it was amazing! Very motivational for kids and all 3 of my kids danced through the whole thing! My kids are 3, 5, and 7...almost 4, 6, and 8. Definitely recommend it :).
I took my 6 year old to see it. There isnt anything bad in it. I think it got a little long for her. She liked the music and singing, but I dont think she really got the documentary part of it.
I on the other hand, really enjoyed it (just dont tell anybody ;-))
I wouldn't. I took my 9 year old and my 6 year old and that was okay. My husband really didn't want the 6 year old to see it but she begged and begged so we let her but it was complete and total no to our three year old who wanted to join her big sisters lol.
I am also really strict with what I let my kids watch, they are pretty limited on TV in general and it seemed alright. I don't think I would have let my youngest go even if she was 4, the only reason my 6 year old went was because big sis is into Justin so she just wanted to tag along.
Nothing bad in the movie, it probably wouldn't be that entertaining to a four year old though...
for some reason-perhaps inexplicable-it is rated G.
I wouldn't. I'm taking my 15 year old and 10 year old daughters but mostly because of the "business" part of it. I've not seen it yet but I've seen him in action behind the scenes and he kind of runs his own business. He has people working for him and he's very talented and professional. He reminds me of Taylor Swift and how she is very professional and has people working for her. I don't encourage my kids to have an obsession over people like this but I really appreciate teens who are professional and mature and talented.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but I heard it was more of a documentary than a "concert movie". So, don't know how many full songs are in it, nor do I think it would keep the attention of a 4 yo.
