Just One Breast Lift?

OK, I'm just going to say it. One of my boobs is droopy. It's the one that has always been a little more droopy than the other, but now at 40 after 3 kids, it's REALLY more droopy than I would like. This could be age, not nursing related, since the other one is still fine. They've always been small, and I''m OK with that-not really interested in implants and hoping it wouldn't be necessary to even out a lift..... ANYWAY. I already know about the cancer risk to asymmetrical boobies, and that almost everyone has them etc...but here's my question:
Is there any such thing as just having ONE boob lifted? And how effective/not effective, good/bad are breast lifts? Anyone had one? Any input? As far as I know the hubs hasn't noticed..(I hope-strategic lighting, positions, nighties...wishful thinking?) ...:-0 Not like I stand in front of him topless in broad daylight much-and That's because one boob is droopy! Any input welcome!

What can I do next?

I don't see why they couldn't lift just one, Personally, this isn't something i would ever do, but i'm not that into my looks. I would be interested in how effective the lifts are. I think the thing that scared me most is that i would go in for one thing (hee hee) and the dr would try to talk me into other procedures until i didn't look real at all any more. How much would this cost you????

Find a board certified surgeon and go in for a consult. Many will even do a free consult depending on the practice. I had a lift done about 5 years ago, but I also had a reduction from an H cup to a c, so I had to do both. My scares are very minimal, and you have to look closely to even see them. I stand in front of my hubby in broad daylight, and let me tell you, even with things less than perfect, he loves what he sees, and I am sure your hubby does as well :)

Ok A.... first of all, I doubt your husband notices ... and if he does, I doubt he cares that one is droopy. I've come to find that our husbands are so excited to see us naked that they don't care about our imperfections. .
As women, we are our own worst critics and I think the underlying problem is that you are too self conscious of the issue. As someone else said, the majority of women are lopsided, as am I!

Bottom line... if you think it will make you feel better, do it! But do your research and find an EXCELLENT surgeon because a lift is a lot of work and you want to make sure the scarring is minimal. The surgeon you choose should have pictures of his work from beginning to several years later to show the healing process and fading of the scar.

Good luck hun! And stop being so hard on yourself!
