Hands down Brian Regan. I'm talking tears running down my face, laughing uncontrollably. And he doesn't need a backup F bomb to accentuate his humor. He's hysterical.

I want everyone reading this to go look up 'Brian Regan Cannonball wound' on Youtube and check him out. He's hysterical!

Bill Cosby, hands down.

I don't enjoy the comedians who use the f word every other word in a sentence. If they'd leave all that out, what they say might be funny.

I admit that I cannot stand Kathy Griffin. If I were a man interviewing her, she would make my skin crawl, proprositioning me in the middle of the interview on TV. I just think she is so offensive. (Sorry...)

Phyllis Diller
Carol Burnett
Richard Pryor
Mel Brooks
Gene Wilder
Chevy Chase
Bill Cosby
Gilda Radner
Cloris Leachman
Madeline Kahn

Those are just a few that came to mind.

I find most of the older comedians funny, they didn’t need to use vulgar language or be disgusting to be funny.

Bill Cosby is my #1, and will probably always be so

Ellen DeGeneres - she is just such a joyful person and usually keeps her comedy pretty clean

Chris Rock (unless he's doing his little bit on abortion--that's over the line, but his other stuff is hilarious)

Colin Quinn - his history of the world show was very clever

Jimmy Fallon (wish the monologue on his show was longer, but I'd prefer for him to keep the jokes funny than to get mediocre stuff like Letterman and Leno do)

Jimmy Kimmel - I didn't really think he was THAT funny until he hosted this year's "White House Correspondants' Dinner." He killed it!

Maz Jobrani - a Persian-American comedian who is very famous amongst Middle Easterners, both here and abroad. Even my very white bread parents find him to be hysterical, because they have been exposed to enough of Middle Eastern culture to get most of the jokes.

My favorite of all time (although he got to kind of be a really bitter old man in the later years) was George Carlin. "Icebox Man" is by far one of the funniest sketches EVER.

My next favorite is Bill Engvall. His "Here's Your Sign" CD makes me laugh so hard I cry. :)
