Happy Holiday's Kritina! I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I had hyper-amniotic fluid. I had no stretch marks and hadn't gained much weight up to 8 1/2 months then bam my fluid started filling me up and I got huge. I had been in labor since the 4th month and on bed rest. My bodyfat shot up to 30 percent. After I had her I thought I'd never get my body back. It was 7 months after I had her and I decided to accept my new "Mom" figure. I just kept working out and enjoying it. After 2-3 more months I started triming and tightening. Co-workers asked me if I was going to compete. I hadn't thought of it and wasn't sure I could ever do it because of the skin sagging from my belly. Then 6 wks before a Competitve Figure show a decided to give it a go. I did it! The skin is still not perfect but I placed 2nd and won the Hot Mama Crowd Favorite. You can do it. First accept your body and you! You are beautiful and you are sporting a gorgeous Mom Figure right now. Make sure to exercise regularly and eat healthy! Lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, dairy and meat. 6 small meals a day. What helped me most was working out 2 times a day 30 minutes each time. I know everyone uses the excuse of no time but it is there and you can do it! Remember you cannot spot reduce it has to come from a full body weight workout 3 x's /wk and cardio 5-6 days a week! There is so much more feel free to call me for more advice ###-###-####!
