Hi girls. I had two frozen embryos transferred last Monday afternoon and, sadly, i'm feeling no pregnancy symptoms. When i got pregnant last time via ivf (fresh embryos) i feel like i felt symptoms after about 5 days or so. I guess my question is - is it possible that i'm pregnant but not feeling anything after a week? I don't go for my blood test until next Monday and the wait is killing me this time because i don't FEEL pregnant. Help! Any success stories to help me get through this wait??

We went through IVF too and I didn't not feel pregnant the ENTIRE pregnancy pretty much x2! Good luck!!

It's such a roller coaster ride and hard to keep feelings in check!

I know this must be hard, but you have to be patient.........everything happens for a reason......so if you are pregnant congratulations......if you aren't....it's not the right time for some reason.......

Besides, each pregnancy is different....believe me, my second was nothing at all like my first......so don't be alarmed.....try to keep yourself busy thinking about something else........find a hobby or something to do......

Good Luck and I will keep you in my prayers.....

I went through infertility treatments too so I know that the waiting is awful and the anxiety about "will it work this time" is so tough. I can echo the other post that every pregnancy is different - sometimes you have symptoms, sometimes you don't, sometimes they occur at different times. You have no choice but to hang in there so try to be nice to yourself and not put any more stress on you than the process already does! Good luck!

Yeah, the wait is horrible.
But you have to remember every pregnancy is different.
Your last pregnancy is not necessarily the pattern you will follow every time.
When I went through this, I was hopeful, but I felt no different at all and I was afraid it hadn't worked. I remember sobbing on my husbands shoulder with all the worries I was feeling. He was supportive, but trying to keep my spirits up.
Finally, 2 weeks after transferring the embryos, we had the blood test. We went in the morning and were told we'd get a call with the results that afternoon. The lab was running late that day, and by 6pm we'd thought they had closed. We finally got a call, and I had to ask the nurse to tell me twice. We were pregnant! I was so happy I cried some more. But I still didn't feel like I was pregnant at all. We had sonograms (just a dark bloch at first), and more blood tests (to make sure levels were rising as expected). Finally enough time had passed and we finally could hear a heart beat. That finally did it for me. Once I knew that heart beat was there I finally felt pregnant.
My son is turning 12 yrs old end of this month and we are so happy with him!
