I have seen a few of you post requests to get together with other moms... I run a group called San Jacinto-Hemet Mommies thru meetup.com. There are about 50 moms in the group and our children range from newborn to 17 years old..We get together at least once a week for some sort of playdate either at someones house, a park, kidszone, a museum, etc. We just hang out and talk while the kids play. We are real moms with real problems and we have all developed really good friendships with each other.. We ALWAYS welcome new moms in our group because we understand how lonely it can be when you dont feel like you can talk to anyone about what youre going through (be it, frustration, anger, excitement, boredom, helplessness, guilt etc.) So, anyway, I just wanted to put that out there for those of you that are interested in meeting moms in the area.
Sure I'll get together for playdates. My kids are 4 and 18 mos. Email me the calendar for your group and I'll see which event I can attend, or we can just get together for a playdate.

I would love to come and visit your group Im a mother of 4 children ages 26,21,20,and 10 year old child. My last child age 10 her dad died in 2000 she was only 3yrs old at the time. Thank you so much for posting this information. My husband and I moved here almost 2 years ago from San Diego. We didn't know anyone. I finally quit my job and opened up my daycare and I have made friends with other providers. I would love to join this group of other women and children.
When is your next outing?
