If it is indeed a miscarriage, the bleeding will become more consistent soon as it seems you have been bleeding. Have a lot of pads handy if this is the case. Otherwise, I have heard that 20% of pregnancies have some form of bleeding, and not to worry. If it becomes heavy, call your doctor. I didn't feel pregnant with my first child for quite some time. It is early for you yet.

Not everyone feels super pregnant. Being tired and having tender breasts was my biggest symptoms. Take another test or go back in to the doctor if things don't seem right. Have the dr. do a blood test they can tell by your hormone levels if your progressing or had a miscarriage or they can do a ultra sound as well.

I could tell I was pregnant with my first child right away, very strong signs and all. With my 2nd pregnancy I didn't know I was pregnant til I was already 2mos.along. So every pregnancy is different. I had 2 girls too, so that wasn't why things were different.

being tired and sore breasts are sings of being pregnant. I have a 3 year old and I never felt pregnant, I didnt' know until I was 8 wks. I was bartending and occasionally drinking I never knew I was pregnant until i went to the dr as well. No vomiting, no cravings nothing. Just be lucky for that just because you don't have symptoms doesn't mean you are not pregnant.
not to scare you at all but I did have a miscarriage after my 1st was born, I didn't have any signs of that as well, I had the same unltasound the vaginal ultrasound and the Dr. found out that the baby's hearbeat stopped so just go to your dr's appts and do the ultrasound and go from there.
Good luck to you! hope everything works out. Talk to you DR they are there for you I called my nurse probably everyday with questions or I utilized my freinds who had babies.

For my first three pregnancies I had NO symptoms at all, except for no period, until I was about 4 months along. Looking back I was tired a lot, but that's normal for me as I have iron deficiency anemia, so I thought nothing of it. This time though, I've been incredibly tired, and my breasts are so tender I swear I can't even look at them without them aching. :P

As for the herpes, talk with your OB/GYN about how it will affect your pregnancy. You'll probably have to have a C-section as herpes can be spread even when you're not having an outbreak. I hope all goes well this time around for you, and congrats on #2. :)

Tender breasts and being tired ARE signs of being pregnant! Bleeding doesn't always mean miscarriage. I bled through most of my pregnancy withe my first. GO SEE YOUR OB/GYN!!! They need to monitor you, so you know what is going on and to make sure everything is okay. If your pregnancy does carry to term, they will need to monitor the herpes. You may not be able to do a vaginal delivery (if you are having a herpes breakout at that time). This happened to a friend of mine. Good luck!

Hello D.. When I was 8 weeks pregnant with my daughter, I only felt really tired, I did not feel pregnant really, the only indicator was no period. i am not sure of the complications associated with herpes and being pregnant. i just think that you may have to have a c section. good luck with everything

Hmm.. you said: "but i dont have any sypmtoms of being pregnant just tired all the time and my boobs are soooo tender" ... besides not getting your period those ARE the two main symptoms of being pregnant!! So I'm not sure if you meant to say you were NOT tired and no breast pain?? Either way I was pregnant twice (once with twins) and I too had no symptoms at all... in fact everyone was starting to make me feel as if there was something wrong w/ my pregnancey b/c of that but there wasn't. You CAN have a healthy pregnancey and baby w/out any of the classic symptoms. )) Also you should have a C section now that you have herpes... a baby can be blined by the herpes virus if it gets to it's eyes as it travels down the birth canal and into the mother's vagina. Good luck!

Hi D.

I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and your month-long symptoms sound the same as what I had. Make an appointment with your doctor to find out for sure what's going on! Take care and good luck.
