Ideas for a One Year Old B-day

My name is J. and I am also planning a 1st birthday for my 11 month old daughter, Isabelle. I am planning a princess party (not disney princesses, because she is the only princess lol) and we are having lots of gifts by orientaltrading.com (cheap cheap), I went to 1stbirthdays.com and ordered the princess supplies, it comes with the works even a castle pinata. and we are planning a face painter, and pin the crown on the princess games.... I also think birthdays, all of them, should be fun..why not? I am 29 years old, and live in doral. I have two boys 6 year old & 18 months !!! When my older Boy turned one , We did his Birthday @ the beach since his B-day is in May , We rented a Cabana did a BBQ( Burgers,Hot Dogs, Cake etc) theme was " Baby Sesame Street " (he was so scared of bouncing house & Clowns at that time ), It was nice because we rented Bikes & the kids had lots of fun in the Park , When My younger son turned 1 ( December ) We celebreted it @ CB Smith Park in Pembroke Pines We had a bouncing house,trackless train & a Clown ( Theme was Baby Blue Teddy Bear - First birthday for Boy , they also have it for girls it so simple but yet sooooo cute !!!!! Some of the Guest did not show-up ( that is very aggrevating when doing parties though not even RSVP !!!! Just keep it simple ,and remember the Party is for the Child not for the adults , ( Bouncing House ,trackless Train & a clown that does activity is pretty fun !!!!) Good luck !!!!!

she had a little table w/ (foam)sunvisors & a container of foam peel-the-back stickers for the little ones to decorate the visor-everything from Michael's
the babies can't peel the stickerback off so it involvrd parents too
& the babies 'helped' put/decorate the visors

I gave my little girl the cutest Hello Kittly themed birthday. I did it outside and it came out great. I had a bounce house which she loved and a "clown" came to entertain the kids and do face painting. I know that she will not remember this but the look on her face when she dug into her cake and when she was in the bounce house was something I will never forget and I have pictures to show her when she is older. To me she enjoyed her party just as much as the rest of the kids did. She pooped herself out so much that she fell asleep on her cake after destroying it.

If you live here in Miami there is a lady that does piñatas, centerpieces and tabecloths all with the theme of your party at a resonable price (Pinatasfactory.com her name is Rosalba Puzo)
The entertainment for the kids was done with Happy Faces Entertainment, Inc. ###-###-####
Publix does themed cakes and they give you a little one for your baby to eat or destroy for free. You can also go with Ana Paz she does excellent and delicious cakes with any theme you want ###-###-####
To rent tables and chairs Party Discount ###-###-#### was excellent they give you a package depending on how many guests and they can also do piñatas, tablecloths, and centerpieces for you depending on your theme.
