I want to put my townhouse on the market very soon and am looking for a realtor that is good at selling townhouses with the market being so bad. I live near Maplewood Mall (great location) and bought my house new in April 2004. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, oversized double garage, and large living room with deck. Does anyone have any experience with this or knows someone who has? We have outgrown our townhouse and want to sell asap. Thanks in advance :)
Becky Larsen is amazing when it comes to listening to her clients. Her website indicates "southwest community" but she KNOWS the whole TC area. We live in Coon Rapids, and she knows this area just as well as any other. I've known her since 1996 and she did a fantastic job for us.

I would recommend the Snyder Team. They are based in Woodbury, and helped us a couple of years ago. One agent handled the selling of our twin home, and another agent handled our purchase of our current home. They took care of the whole process with us, recommended painters, cleaners, etc when we needed help getting things ready to sell. They also paid to have our new house cleaned when the previous owners left it a mess.

Hi J.-I highly recomend the Schatz Group based out of Hopkins. They helped us purchase our home and they were absolutely fabulous. We were kind of high maintenance due to credit issues but they worked diligently to ensure we got what we wanted. Our experience prior to them was people would just give up on us because of the issues that we had with our credit. Anyway enough about us. Schatz Group is referal based so they do not spend any money on advertising they rely totally on previous customers which is why they aim to please. I do believe that they also negotiate there % of fees when selling but I am not totally sure on that since we haven't sold with them.
